A Licensed Practical Nurse or Vocational Nurse provides basic medical care under the direction of registered nurses and other healthcare specialists. The tasks that they are permitted to perform vary by state, but usually include changing bandages, checking blood pressure, or helping feed patients. May work in hospitals, nursing homes, or other healthcare facilities.
Full-Time Nights, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., every other weekend
Starting Pay:
RN starting at $38.00+ per hour | LPN starting at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience

Hillcrest Shadow Lake provides long-term nursing care and memory care in a welcoming, homelike environment. Located near shopping, churches, and CHI Midlands Hospital, the community is known for compassionate, person-centered care for aging adults in Sarpy County.
What You ll Get to Do Provide quality nursing care and support for residents Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team Support residents with dignity, comfort, and respect Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care Complete documentation accurately and timely Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents and team members What We re Looking For Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Strong communication and teamwork skills STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Why Hillcrest?
