Available when additional shifts are open; not guaranteed 3. Key Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care to LTC residents. Monitor patient conditions and report changes. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Assist residents with daily care needs. Document patient care accurately. Provide care to geriatric and dementia patients. Communicate patient status with the healthcare team. Maintain a safe and supportive patient environment. 4. Requirements Active LPN license required. LTC/SNF or nursing home experience preferred. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts. Weekend availability required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to care for geriatric patients. 5. Education Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program required. 6. Certifications Active LPN/LVN license required. BLS certification preferred. 7. Preferred Qualifications Long-term care or skilled nursing experience. Dementia care experience. PointClickCare experience. Electronic medical record documentation experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Pay:

$1,600.00 - $1,850.00 per week
