•Friday (typical LTC schedule) Pay $35 per hour Overtime available Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings Active NH LPN License or compact license BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification Must live within 70 miles of Bedford, NH and be able to reliably commute to the facility Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments, and documenting care per facility policies Perform assessments and report changes in resident conditions to RN or management Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures for residents Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans Provide emotional support and education to residents and families Additional Qualifications / Preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of EMR/EHR charting systems Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Familiarity with medication administration protocols Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and health clearance TB test, physical exam, and up-to-date immunizations may be required #Workwolf
