Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly. Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning. Maintain accurate nursing documentation. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members. Ensure resident safety and follow infection prevention guidelines. Minimum Requirements Active LPN License required. Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience required. Strong medication administration and assessment skills.
