We are currently hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting travel assignment at Coos County Nursing Home in Berlin, New Hampshire .

ASAP Compensation & Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Travel Contract Opportunity 48 Hours Per Week Evening & Night Shift Schedule Overtime Opportunities Available Supportive Long-Term Care Environment Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to Long-Term Care residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly. Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning. Maintain accurate nursing documentation. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members. Ensure resident safety and follow infection prevention guidelines. Minimum Requirements Active LPN License required. Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience required. Strong medication administration and assessment skills. Ability to work a combination of 8-hour and 16-hour shifts. Reliable and flexible with an ASAP start. Why Join This Opportunity?
