Category Schools - LPN Nurse Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity awaits licensed LPNs with a passion for working in a school setting and making a direct impact on student well-being. Multiple full-time contract positions are open for compassionate, detail-oriented nurses to provide individualized (1:1) care to students. Positions are available in the Manchester, NH area, conveniently located near Concord, NH. You'll support students across a range of medical needs, ensuring their safety and comfort so they can thrive academically. Some assignments may involve accompanying students on the school bus, further contributing to their safe transportation and daily routines. All caseloads are open, giving you the chance to find the student pairing that best suits your preferences and experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Active, unrestricted LPN license in New Hampshire Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric settings is beneficial Willingness to provide 1:1 care, which may include: Trach care, G-tube, ventilation support, seizure care, diabetic management, toileting, bus riding, and academic assistance as needed Reliable, patient, and adaptable with strong communication skills Ability to collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored health services to individual students during the school day Monitor and document student health status, administer medication, and perform necessary clinical interventions Accompany students on bus rides when assignment requires Support students' participation in academic and daily routines Communicate observations and updates appropriately with educational and healthcare teams This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students who require individualized care in an educational environment.
