Hanover Hill Health Care Center is an award winning, family owned and operated Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facility located in Manchester, NH. We're looking for dedicated nurses who are passionate about resident care, value teamwork, and want to work in a setting where their skills and compassion are appreciated. Whether you're an experienced nurse or a new graduate, we'd love to hear from you. We are now hiring for a nurse (RN/LPN) to fulfill a full-time position on the 3pm-11pm shift. Competitive pay, negotiable with experience and generous shift and weekend differentials. Sign on bonus up to $7,500.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team Supervise and support LNAs/CNAs as needed Maintain accurate documentation and medical records Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff Help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents
