Job Description

Category Schools - LPN Nurse Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program this summer. A dedicated LNA is needed to assist in a collaborative school environment near Merrimack, NH. This contract opportunity spans from July 7 through July 30, 2026, with a schedule of three days a week, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Your expertise as an LPN, LPN/LVN, or CNA will provide crucial support to students and staff during this compact, impactful program.
What You'll Bring:
Active New Hampshire LNA certification (or equivalent CNA, LPN, or LPN/LVN credentials) Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or youth-focused environment Ability to handle medication administration, basic wound care, and general student health assessments Compassion, patience, and a commitment to student safety and well-being Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, students, and families
What You'll Do:
Deliver daily nursing care and monitor students' health throughout the ESY program Respond promptly to health concerns and emerging medical needs Support students with daily living or health activities based on individualized health plans Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all provided care and communication Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists as needed
