Required Qualifications:
LPN/LVN with minimum 2 years recent LPN experience Active New Hampshire LPN license BLS (AHA) certification
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care for cardiac patients per facility policies and care plans Monitor cardiac status, perform assessments, and document findings accurately Administer medications and treatments, following orders and protocols Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and report changes in patient condition Maintain patient safety, infection control, and compliance with regulatory standards
