Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring resident health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans accurately Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity Collaborating with RNs, physicians, and family members to ensure high-quality care Documenting care plans, treatment outcomes, and any changes in resident conditions Maintaining a safe and compassionate care environment

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and committed to delivering exceptional patient care Ready to Make a Difference?
