Whether you're a new grad, looking for a full-time career, or in search of part-time flexibility, we have opportunities available across multiple schedules, shifts, and specialty areas.
We are currently hiring for:
Full-time and part-time openings Monday
  • Friday schedules 7:00am
  • 7:00pm Weekend Baylor (+ Baylor pay!) Morning shift (7:00am
  • 3:00pm) Our nurses have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including: Short-Term Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing Long-Term Care Memory Support / Dementia Care Whether you're a new grad, experienced nurse, or aspiring to take the next step in your career, Cedar provides opportunities to build leadership skills, gain supervisory experience, and earn additional pay through supervisor and charge nurse responsibilities.
What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or qualified compact state Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care Why Cedar?
