Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Position SummaryProvide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or healthcare provider. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and support daily patient needs.
Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor and record vital signs and patient information. Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures. Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and activities of daily living. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team. Educate patients and families on care instructions and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and clinical standards.
Qualifications Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current LPN/LVN license in the applicable state. Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred. BLS certification required/preferred as applicable. Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
