Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe and compassionate nursing care under the direction of an RN or healthcare provider. The LPN will monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, assist with daily care needs, and support the healthcare team.
Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care according to patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient conditions. Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities. Perform wound care and other nursing procedures within scope of practice. Report changes in patient condition to the RN or healthcare provider. Educate patients and families on care instructions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow infection control, safety, and patient care standards. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Previous LPN or healthcare experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
