Minimum Qualifications:

Active

NH RN/LPN

license in good standing. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi task and prioritize. Strong clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of experience in a nursing role within a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred. Experience with PCC electronic medical records a plus.
