Key Qualifications:
Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required Prior experience with tube feeding and catheterization strongly preferred Confidence working autonomously within a school environment Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and family membersYour Role:
Deliver direct nursing care, including tube feeding and catheterization, to ensure student welfare Monitor and respond to ongoing healthcare needs throughout assigned shifts Keep detailed records of care and communicate any changes promptly Engage with educators and family members to foster a safe and supportive environmentSchedule Structure:
Coverage required 7 days per week: 6:00 AM- 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- 6:00 PM 6:00 PM
- 8:00 PM Additional weekend hours: 10:00 AM
- 12:00 PM 2:00 PM
- 4:00 PM Approximately 50 hours weekly; position can be split between two nurses for increased flexibility Experience the rewards of supporting a student's health while working closely with a supportive school team.
