LPN Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and assist residents with daily living activities Monitor, assess, and document resident health, vital signs, and treatments Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey LPN license Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
