Bridgeway Bridgewater:

Full time 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and Full Time 11pm-7am

Bridgeway Hillsborough Part Time:

7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am

Per Diem:

All shifts

Job Duties:

Administer medication and treatments as required. Work with C.N.As to ensure personal care is provided. Communicate with physicians, family members and team members as needed. Act as a liaison with social, health and community organizations.
