Benefits & Perks Per Diem schedules available Competitive pay: $31.00 - $42.00/hour Shift differentials available Get paid daily- access your earnings when you need them Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid Time Off and 8 Paid Holidays for eligible full-time employees Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,500 per semester / $5,000 annually Opportunities for advancement within a growing healthcare organization Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing facility, you will: Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the interdisciplinary care team Accurately document resident care using PointClickCare (PCC) electronic health record software Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life Qualifications Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Jersey Long-term care, rehabilitation, subacute, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care At Complete Care, our residents are family, and every Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in helping them achieve the highest possible quality of life.
