As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch care to our patients, providing personalized attention and support to ensure their overall well-being. About the
Role:
As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of our registered nurses and physicians to provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, communicating with healthcare teams, and participating in patient education and discharge planning. Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and as directed by registered nurses. Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate. Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medications, treatments, and test results. Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, families, and patients to ensure seamless care transitions. Participate in patient education and discharge planning, promoting independence and self-management.
