Description:
PharmcareUSA is seeking a PRN Nurse Vaccinator!! Monday-Friday, Daytime hours.

No evenings or weekends!
Job Summary:
LPN/LVN functions as a vital member of the healthcare team. LPN/LVN provides basic medical care and assist with administering vaccines with seamless delivery, demonstrating patient focus, effective communication, professionalism and teamwork.
Essential Functions:
Perform basic nursing care for patients by following established standards and procedures. Collect patient data such as vital signs, notes how the patient looks and acts or responds to stimuli and reports this information accordingly. Set up and prepare the mobile vaccine operation. Track and report key data points. Adhere to quality assurance procedures and maintain all HIPAA standards. Prepare and administer injections including
COVID-19
vaccine, perform routine tests, treat wounds and change bandages. Observe patients for signs and symptoms of adverse reactions. Prepare patient records and files using established medical record forms/automated systems and documentation practices. Comply with all safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of protective equipment when necessary to prevent exposure to potentially infectious agents. Understand and comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and company policies.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to travel to locations; may require occasional weekend and/or evening work Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as calculators, copy machines and printers up to 100% of the time; Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person; Must be able to see 100% of the time to recognize medications, detect inaccuracies, and observe the work of others; This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping; Must be able to lift and/or transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds, up to 10% of the time; Must be able to tolerate normal office environment and exposure to various medications PharmcareUSA is a national, closed- door, long term care pharmacy business with locations in multiple states. We are privately owned and continue to grow each year, providing daily deliveries to nursing and assisted living facilities as well as hospice residents.
