Role:

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our team's commitment to excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
