  • Residential Group Home | Ewing, NJ Part Time
  • Every Other Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Residential Group Home located in Ewing, NJ . In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing individualized care plans for four residents in a supportive home environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centered care and demonstrates excellent observation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized plans of care. Monitor and assess the health status of residents. Administer medications for the individuals. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and healthcare providers. Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license (New Jersey). Experience in residential or long-term care preferred. Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM Full-Time and Per Diem positions available
