Role:

As an LPN at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and status Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:
