As an essential member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing personalized care plans to address their unique needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' vital signs, report changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals, and initiate emergency procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, medications, and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous care
