Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nurse Vaccinators RN/LPN to join our healthcare team in delivering vital immunization services to diverse patient populations. In this role, you will be responsible for administering vaccines efficiently and safely, ensuring compliance with all health regulations, and providing exceptional patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, utilizing your nursing skills to make a meaningful impact. Duties Administer vaccines accurately and aseptically, following established protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Clinics throughout the entire state of Florida Educate patients about vaccine benefits, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care instructions. Maintain accurate vaccination records and documentation Monitor patients for adverse reactions post-vaccination, providing immediate care if necessary. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times. Manage inventory of vaccines and supplies, including proper storage and handling according to CDC guidelines. Experience Valid RN or LPN licensure with current state certification. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic Prior experience in medical office settings, urgent care, or hospital environments preferred. Experience administering injections Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for safe vaccination procedures. Background working with diverse populations, including, geriatric, or individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs.
