We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our team at UMC The Shores in beautiful Ocean City, NJ. Nurse Responsibilities - As an LPN, you will: Provide high-quality resident care and medication administration Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately Support physicians' orders and resident care plans Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote resident well-being As an RN, you will: Deliver professional nursing care to residents within the assigned nursing residence Supervise nursing assistants and other nursing personnel in accordance with New Jersey nursing standards Support residents' emotional, psychosocial, cultural, religious, and economic needs Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure quality care Assist with activities of daily living and restorative nursing care as outlined in resident care plans Participate in the orientation and training of newly assigned nursing staff
Nurse Qualifications:
Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) license Why Join UMC?
