The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care under the direction of the RN professional. He/she assumes responsibility and accountability for patient care as a team member in order to achieve established outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Graduate of an accredited program in Licensed Practical Nursing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
