Your role involves reinforcing patient and family teaching programs, offering health counseling, and delivering supportive and restorative care under the guidance of registered nurses or licensed physicians. You will actively participate in performance improvement initiatives and ensure that all patient care activities align with our standards and policies. Responsibilities Perform nursing tasks and responsibilities within the scope of your license and practice. Reinforce patient and family teaching programs through health counseling and education. Provide supportive and restorative care as directed by the interdisciplinary team. Document objective and subjective physical findings and interventions accurately. Ensure patient care activities adhere to organizational policies and guidelines. Support performance improvement initiatives by participating in educational activities. Oversee the coordination of the interdisciplinary plan of care, ensuring alignment with the medical treatment plan. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients, minimizing risks. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey. Current BLS/HCP certification is required. Experience in an ambulatory or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
