Job Description:

Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Rahway, NJ. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents by implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and performing medical procedures. You will work closely with a supportive team to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to those we serve.

Responsibilities:

Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs Perform wound care, treatments, and medical procedures Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations Ensure confidentiality and uphold HIPAA policies

Requirements:
