Position range in Eastern Region $73k - $100k Per Year Staff Nurse (RN or LPN)
CARC
Assess health concerns, monitor vital signs/weights, and complete quarterly physical assessments.
Track medication effectiveness, side effects, and signs of toxicity.
Conduct AIMS testing and monitor for extrapyramidal symptoms.
Transport individuals to medical appointments and complete follow-through documentation.
Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and contribute to individualized health plans.
Respond to first aid needs for clients and staff.
Assist with nursing summaries, on-site reports, and other required assessments.
Provide in-home RN services as assigned.
Maintain compliance with CARC policies, regulatory agencies, and the Pharmacy Manual.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, coworkers, and community partners. Minimum Qualifications Current New Mexico RN license preferred, will consider LPN with experience. One year of nursing experienceExperience with developmental disabilities preferredAbility to lift 50 lbs and evacuate clients in emergenciesValid NM driver's license (3 years driving experience)TB clearance as part of hiring processNew Mexico Department of Health Caregiver Screening Clearance required.
