The LPN will provide essential nursing care to patients across various settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation. Administer medications via injections, IV infusions, and other routes following established protocols. Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection, laboratory processing, and medical imaging procedures. Manage airway care, ventilator support, catheterization, and sterile techniques to ensure patient safety. Provide specialized care for individuals with complex needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or developmental disabilities. Support acute pain management strategies and participate in emergency response procedures including triage and urgent care. Requirements Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the relevant state or jurisdiction. Proven experience in diverse clinical settings such as hospital medicine, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or outpatient clinics. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. Experience with IV infusion therapy, catheter care, phlebotomy, and injection administration.

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
