Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 36 Hours/Week | Open Schedule Job Overview We are hiring a Travel LPN for a skilled nursing and long-term care assignment in Gallup, NM. This role requires strong patient care skills, clinical documentation experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare staff Follow facility policies and patient safety protocols Requirements Active LPN/LVN License BLS Certification required Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred Work Setting Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long-Term Care (LTC)
