Required Skills:

Experience with moderate sedation procedures Familiarity with Trauma, Stroke, or STEMI protocols Additional certifications or training in emergency or trauma care

Preferred Education and Experience:

At least 2 years of emergency nursing experience in a trauma or high-acuity setting Comfortable managing complex, multi-diagnosis cases such as ESRD, COPD, psychiatric conditions, and substance abuse disorders
