Licensed Practical Nurse - PRN

Elite Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician Monitor and record patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient needs and progress

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico CPR certification (required) Previous home health experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
