Qualifications and Experience:

Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in an emergency department BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS and TNCC preferred) Strong ability to assess, triage, and prioritize multiple patient needs efficiently Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, compassionate care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions Assess, monitor, and document patient symptoms, progress, and responses to interventions Administer prescribed medications and perform interventions per physician orders and protocols Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving measures when needed Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and ancillary staff to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families about care, procedures, and post-discharge instructions Maintain safety standards while ensuring a supportive environment for patients and colleagues As a valued member of the emergency department, you'll work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where your advanced clinical skills and calm demeanor are essential.
