We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Alcalde, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come. This patient is a Low Acuity patient, and they need three hours of care a month with standby assist.Schedule:
the patient doesn't have a preference regarding the time or day or time, schedule can be worked out between the nurse and the patient. You'll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA's, HHA's, Case Managers, and the patient's physicians. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.Schedule needs:
35hrs a week -Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Early-Mid Morning, Mid-Late Morning, Morning, Anytime Offers are contingent upon passing a background check. \nResponsibilities:

- Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
- Maintain records and documentation of services.
- Communication with the patients' family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work on an as-needed basis
- CPR \n $15 - $20 an hour \n To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
