Job Description
Ro Health is looking for a dedicated EMT to join our healthcare team at a correctional facility in Tierra Amarilla, NM! This position plays a vital role in providing essential healthcare services to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility.

Qualifications:
Valid NM EMT Certificate Ability to pass a strict background check TB testKey Responsibilities:
Provide basic emergency medical care to inmates Respond to medical emergencies (overdoses, assaults, cardiac events, withdrawals) Perform assessments, vital signs, and patient triage Assist with intake medical screenings for new inmates Administer first aid, CPR, AED, oxygen, and approved medications per protocol Organize and maintain medication carts and ensure proper labeling and storage. Complete all required medication documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with facility and state regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized medication area in accordance with facility standards. Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility guidelines Why Join Ro Health?
