Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, comprehensive nursing care across diverse healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical procedures, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Schedule:

6am

• 6:30pm or 6pm
• 6:30am (36 hours per week
• rotating schedule) What you'll be doing: Admitting, discharging, and transferring patients.

Taking and reporting patient vital signs. Administering medications as ordered and reporting adverse reactions. Dressing patient wounds and collecting blood and urine samples. Communicating effectively with patients and family members. Providing timely documentation that's accurate and organized. Restocking supplies, medications, and equipment. Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. What you'll need: Graduate of an accredited LPN program Active LPN license Minimum 6 months of LPN work experience Push, pull, support, and lift a minimum of 80 pounds Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and walking CPR certification Annual physical (where required) Negative TB test results Clean background check
