$42-46/hour blended Job Summary We are actively hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for LTC/SNF/Rehab facility assignments.

The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, assisting with treatments, completing clinical documentation, and supporting the nursing team to ensure quality care. Requirements Active LPN/LVN license + BLS AHA Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience LTC/SNF/Rehab experience preferred
