Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Note:
Multiple Shift available Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and medication administration with attention to safety and patient comfort. Assist with diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection, and processing to support physicians' clinical decisions. Provide specialized care for patients with acute pain, infectious diseases, or requiring hospice or palliative care services. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and long-term care regulations to ensure seamless patient transitions. Maintain meticulous medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies while utilizing EMR/EHR systems like Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks for accurate record keeping.
