Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and physician orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and document patients' conditions and report any changes. Record vital signs and maintain accurate medical records. Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient care planning. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans. Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Ensure patient comfort while maintaining dignity and confidentiality. Qualifications Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state. Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (preferred). Current BLS/CPR Certification . Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or acute care experience is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

$34.00 - $36.86 per hour
