ASAP Requirements- Active and unrestricted LPN license required
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
- Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with care planning and documentation
- Support CNAs and collaborate with the healthcare team
