  • Nellis Air Force Base Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian LPN at Nellis Air Force Base, in Las Vegas Nevada.

Clinical Scope:
  • TRICARE health benefits.
  • Shall provide outpatient health care to qualifying beneficiaries as scheduled by the Government.
  • Care shall include but not be limited to continuing, comprehensive health maintenance and medical care to entire family regardless of sex, age, or type of problem.
  • Will maintain a program of comprehensive health for the family unit, to include preventive medicine, behavioral sciences, and community health.
  • Responsible for a regularly appointed clinic, compatible with workload and, in addition, provide immediate evaluation and management of emergent problems as they occur.
  • Shall have the capability to: o Collect and record, in proper format, medical and social historical data appropriate to the patient's condition.
o Perform a general physical examination.
Requirements:
U.S. citizen
Degree/Education:
Graduate from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate State agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
    Experience:
    Three years of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation. Hands on experience for the last 12 months within the past 12 months BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association Maintain a LPN license and practice from US jurisdiction
