Job Description

Looking for a full-time or part-time LPN for outpatient family practice office. No holidays, no weekends. Hours are 8 to 4 daily, part-time options available.

Job duties include:

patient triage, vital signs, , administer vaccinations, and medications. Performing outpatient testing. 401(k) included for full-time employees, options for health insurance and dental for full-time. Office is located in Ballston spa, N.Y.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
