Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Full and Part time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team in our skilled nursing facility on our night shift (11pm-7:30am). The ideal candidate will provide compassionate resident care, adhere to medical protocols, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident vital signs and report any deviations from normal ranges
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient education on various health conditions and treatment plans

Certified Nursing Assistants Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of New York
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care
- Preferred experience in medication administration, and medical documentation
- Familiarity with various body systems and their functions
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to residents in need
