The role:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We're looking for an LPN who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced clinical environments and takes pride in contributing to a team that works hard, solves problems together, and enjoys the process. This is a frontline clinical role . Our LPNs keep the clinic running smoothly, supporting both patients and the care team. If you enjoy problem-solving, being the calm in the chaos, using humor to get through tough moments, and making care feel human again, you'll fit right in. What you'll do (the essentials — because LPNs know what they do): Assist in patient assessments, screenings, and documentation to support accurate and timely care. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers. Perform core urgent care procedures, including wound care, splinting, vital signs, and basic labs. Partner closely with our physicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, paramedics, lab staff, and front desk to create a smooth, supportive, patient-centered flow. Help patients feel empowered and supported, explaining care plans and helping them navigate their health. Support emergency care and patient safety protocols when needed, helping maintain a calm, efficient environment. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Current and valid LPN license in New York State. Completion of an accredited LPN program. BLS certification. Recognizes, respects and values the equality of EMS colleagues in the healthcare setting. Previous experience in urgent care, emergency room, or fast-paced medical setting is preferred. Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and a strong sense of empathy.
