Provide direct nursing care while assisting in planning and evaluating resident needs Serve as Charge Nurse and supervise CNA staff Administer medications (including controlled substances) per policy and physician orders Support resident hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and comfort Transcribe physician orders, assist with medical rounds, and ensure lab tests are completed as ordered Observe, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the RN Supervisor and physicians Develop and implement resident care plans and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Carry out restorative nursing measures in collaboration with therapy services Arrange transportation for resident appointments as needed Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care at all times If you are ready to grow your career in a supportive, resident-focused environment, join our nursing team today!
