LPN:
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents, helping them live comfortably and with dignity. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in resident conditions. Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Promote a positive, supportive environment for both residents and team members.
What You'll Need:
Valid LPN license in New York State 1 Year+ Experience Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills
