Responsible for performing assigned back office duties and rotating as a telephone triage nurse in an efficient and professional manner. Performs all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures. Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or of a Nursing Vocational or Nursing Technical school required. Current License to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed. 1-2 years of LPN experience preferred Drawing blood and experience with vaccination preferred Open to cover Smithtown location as needed
