Your expertise as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) will support daily life and health needs, helping residents thrive and maintain comfort and dignity.
Key Qualifications:
Valid New York LPN or RN license in good standing Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Ability to assess patient conditions, document changes, and communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams Strong skills in medication administration, wound care, and evaluating resident health status Working knowledge of electronic health records and nursing documentation standards

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and health monitoring Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals regarding resident care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory guidelines Offer support and guidance to nursing assistants, promoting a positive team environment Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide high-quality, compassionate care
