Pay Range :

$42/hr to $46/hr Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse or physician. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes. Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents and staff. Minimum Qualifications Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License. Minimum 2 years of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) nursing experience.
